    Just a quick update from our engineers. Access to the following items has been restored: - API - Application - Forms - Images and links in newsletters - Archives Imports / Exports and e-mail delivery is still suspended. Some statistics may not be updated, but we will resume processing when we resume normal operations. We expect to resume normal operations within an hour.     In order to continue to provide the level of service we want, we must run some upgrades on our core customer database system. Unfortunately we will have to take it offline while the upgrades are being done. Thus all Ubivox systems that interacts with customer data will be offline in this window. If you have any batch jobs scheduled for the window, we encourage you to reschedule to an earlier or later time. All web systems will return the HTTP 503 Service Unavailable error. This includes: - The API - The administration interface - Hosted forms - The POST handler - Images and links in newsletters In order to minimize impact on your contacts, we will also shutdown the delivery pipeline, so no contact will accidentally receive a new email where images and links doesn't work.
