One of our delivery pipelines crashed while maintaining a lock on some workloads. The process was designed to release the lock on crash, but it didn't happen.
This resulted in some customers experiencing delays for 1/16th of newsletter and transactional recipients in a window from Aug 22 06:30 CEST until Aug 22 13:30 CEST.
We have fixed the problem with the delivery pipeline and all e-mail has been delivered.
