We are upgrading our network with an extra router. Unfortunately, this requires a small window of network connectivity loss. This upgrade will minimize the need for network interruptions for network maintenance in the future.
On Tuesday May 16th the following will happen:
21:00 :: Pause newsletter delivery for newsletters scheduled between 21:00 - 23:00
22:00 :: The network upgrade will start
22:15 :: We will Monitor that everything is once again working
22:30 :: Resume any paused newsletters
(Times are in CEST)
From 22:00 thru 22:15 you may experience connection failures while contacting Ubivox. This includes:
* Accessing the administrative interface
* Clicking links and displaying images in your newsletters
* API requests
If you have any scheduled API jobs for this window, we recommend you reschedule.
We will have engineers standing by before and after the upgrade, should you experience any unforeseen problems.
