In order for us to continue to scale and improve our performance, we need to upgrade our network. Unfortunately this will result in a 15 minute window without connectivity on the Ubivox system. Here is what will happen.
On Thursday April 6th:
21:00 :: Pause newsletter delivery for newsletters scheduled between 21:00 - 23:00
22:00 :: The network upgrade will start
22:15 :: We will Monitor that everything is once again working
22:30 :: Resume any paused newsletters
(Times are in CEST)
From 22:00 thru 22:15 you may experience connection failures while contacting Ubivox. This includes:
* Accessing the administrative interface
* Clicking links and displaying images in your newsletters
* API requests
If you have any scheduled API jobs for this window, we recommend you reschedule.
We will have engineers standing by before and after the upgrade, should you experience any unforeseen problems.
