One of our delivery pipelines crashed while maintaining a lock on some workloads. The process was designed to release the lock on crash, but it didn't happen.

This resulted in some customers experiencing delays for 1/16th of newsletter and transactional recipients in a window from Aug 22 06:30 CEST until Aug 22 13:30 CEST.

We have fixed the problem with the delivery pipeline and all e-mail has been delivered.

Update - Connectivity was restored as of 15:05. We're still working with our provider to restore normal operations. E-mail delivery is currently paused until all systems are up and running within normal parameters again.
